Customized Cakes #
  • How do I order a customised cake?

    You can submit your customised cake request through our website or contact us on WhatsApp with your preferred design, size, flavour, message, and collection or delivery date. Our team will review your request and confirm the details with you.

  • Our standard lead time is 2 days. For more detailed or large customised cakes, we recommend ordering earlier so we can confirm design requirements and availability.

  • Yes. You may send reference photos to show the style, colour palette, or theme you want. We will use them as inspiration and do our best to create a cake in a similar look, while keeping within our decorating style and production limits.

  • We do not guarantee an exact replica of another baker’s work. We can create a similar style based on your inspiration images, but small differences in colour, placement, piping, florals, toppers, and finishing are normal.

  • Yes. Depending on the cake selected, you can usually choose flavour, colour theme, wording, and selected add ons. Final options depend on the cake type and design.

  • Some customised cakes may include simple decorative elements, while premium toppers, figurines, fresh flowers, acrylic toppers, or complex custom items may be chargeable separately or require advance notice.

    • Standard Delivery, $15.00
      Available slots, 10:00am – 7:00pm
  • We offer self collection at our Orchard retail store, 625 Aljunied Road, #08-05, Aljunied Industrial Complex, Singapore 38983, and our central kitchen, 91 Jalan Satu #01-08, Singapore 390091. Available time slots are shown during checkout.

  • Yes. Available delivery and collection time slots are shown at checkout based on the selected fulfilment method.

  • Please ensure someone is available to receive the cake during the selected time slot. Failed delivery, redelivery, waiting time, or rerouting may incur additional charges.

  • We deliver across most areas in Singapore, subject to driver availability and delivery zone coverage. If your location requires special access or timing, please let us know in advance.

  • Keep the cake on a flat surface, preferably on the car floor with air conditioning on. Avoid placing it on laps, tilted seats, or under direct sun.

Changes, Refunds and Support #
  • Can I amend my order after payment?

    Amendments are subject to notice period and production status. Once your order has entered preparation or decorating stage, changes may no longer be possible.

  • Cancellation requests are reviewed based on how close the order is to the fulfilment date and whether production has started. Customised and perishable items generally cannot be cancelled once work has begun.

  • As cakes are made to order and are perishable, refunds are generally not available once production has started or after the order has been delivered or collected. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

  • Please contact us immediately and share clear photos of the cake, box, and issue upon receipt. We will review the matter and assist accordingly.

  • Please check your spam, junk, or promotions folder first. If you still cannot find it, contact us and we will help verify your order.

  • You can reach us via WhatsApp, phone, or email. For faster assistance on customised cakes, please include your preferred date, design reference, size, and flavour in your message.
